PLEASE READ ALL OF OUR INFORMATION BEFORE ORDERING.
It will answer questions you may have regarding placing your order. Thanks!

If you are ordering for spring and the item is on backorder until then, please choose a ship date no earlier than when the description says the rose will be available.

If you are ordering, or want to change an existing order, please let us know by the Monday preceeding your desired ship date so that we have time to process your order or make any changes for you.

If you are trying to find a particular rose quickly, we invite you to use the "Search" tab above to go directly to the descriptions. You may also search by color, rose hybridizer or other characteristics that you may be seeking. For example, to search for roses that are especially hardy, type "Zone 3", using the quotation marks, and you will get a list of all the roses that are hardy in that zone.

We ship roses on Mondays so that they will reach you by Friday of the same week, generally 3 days in transit. The roses we ship are all growing in quart-sized pots, 4 1/2" square at the top and 5" deep. All are grown on their own roots and are one year old plants . As the roses are growing in pots and may be leafed out or dormant, depending on the season, we recommend you request your shipment when there is no danger of a hard freeze.

Our Guarantee: We hope that you will be exceptionally happy with the quality of our roses. Our plants are vigorous and eager to grow, if given proper care.
We guarantee them to be true to name and healthy when shipped. Planting and growing instructions are included with every shipment. In the rare event that a plant fails, notify us within 120 days of receipt, and you may choose to have a one- time replacement (if available), a credit, or a refund of the price of the plant.
Refunds are made in the same manner payment was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for weather extremes, animal damage, neglect or improper care (such as over/under watering or spray damage).

We ask that you request your shipment at an appropriate time for planting in your area and select roses that are hardy in your climate zone. If you wish, we'll help you with those decisions. If you have questions or concerns about your roses, please contact. Our goal is for you to have great success with your roses and we will do our best to ensure your satisfaction.

Thank you for your interest in High Country Roses. We hope that you will enjoy browsing through our website. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us!
