We hope that you will be exceptionally happy with the quality of our roses. Our plants are vigorous and eager to grow, if given proper care.

We guarantee our roses to be true to name and healthy when shipped. Planting and growing instructions are included with every shipment. In the rare event that a plant fails, notify us within 1 year of receipt, and you may choose to have a one-time replacement (if available), a credit, or a refund of the price of the plant.

Refunds are made in the same manner payment was received. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be responsible for weather extremes, animal damage, neglect or improper care (such as over/under watering or spray damage).
