Abby –
I have only had Quadra one summer in Z4, so I have yet to experience it’s “green to the tips” reputation. But it bloomed very soon after planting – lovely ‘old-rose’ form with button center – & began sending up canes. It was also the last to bloom when the weather turned cold in the fall. It had a last flush even when it was chilly out of doors. Very happy to have it!
