Tea (H.B. Bernède, France 1857)
Gracious, tulip shaped buds open to cupped pink flowers with a hint of yellow. Blooms with a rich tea fragrance continuously adorn this spreading plant with apple green foliage. Shade tolerant and will need winter protection in most areas.

This is an amazing rose! It is very disease resistant for me, even though it was put in a pot with too heavy of mix, it has bloomed and bloomed and bloomed! I have recommended this beauty that smells amazing to others!

This rose has the prettiest pink cupped blooms, and is an incredible bloomer!

This has to be one of my favorite roses. The blooms are start out as a vibrant pink and then slowly lighten to the most beautiful porcelain pink. So hardy and disease resistant, even through the daily 100° weather we had here in South Texas (zone 8b). She has also survived every hard freeze we’ve gotten. I do cover her as much as possible and puke lots of mulch around the base. I have her planted in a pot (that she has surely grown out if!) in full sun. She needs minimal care: a good deep soaking at least once a week and fertilizer in the spring and early fall.

A nice tea rose that blooms through out the summer. It came back from the winter in my zone 5b/6a garden, so its roots are hardy in cold areas.
Mary Cookson –
Gorgeous, trouble-free rose. It’s very generous with the blooms, and doesn’t seem troubled by pests or diseases in my humid zone 7 garden.
