Starla was one of the first roses to bloom in my garden after an exceptionally hard winter and I’m so happy with it. It hasn’t stopped for a rest between flushes, just keeps forming new buds and blooming on. It’s a nice tidy shape and the fragrance is pleasant when you walk by. It lasts well in a vase too!
